Unless stated otherwise, the games on YoHU.io are first-party works created with the H5GCore engine and are the property of YoHU.io, together with the site design, brand and content. You may not copy, re-host, embed, decompile, modify or redistribute the games or any part of the site without our prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or attack the service.
• Do not scrape the site or hotlink game files.
• Do not use bots or automation to manipulate play counters or ratings.
• Do not attempt to bypass technical protection measures.

4. Embedding and linking

You are welcome to link to any YoHU.io page. Embedding games on other websites requires a written agreement (partners@yohu.io).

5. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoHU.io disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
